Initial reports are saying the 4pc bonus on our set might not be as bad as most were thinking it would be. It is a rather intelligent proc of rejuv on other targets. So far apparently it will not jump to a random target but will target someone with low health. It will only jump to pets if raid is at full hp. It will not overwrite other rejuvs. It can proc off of itself. Apparently it is a very very smart hot and will jump to people that need it better than most players can.

Although it is still to early to get an accurate increase in healing done supposedly anywhere from 5 percent - 16 percent extra heals from the hot in raids from initial logs. This is more for fights with heavy aoe dmg and less for fights without much damage going around.

Supposedly 4pc t9 245 should be replaced if you have 2 t10 264 pcs and 2 t10 251 pcs. But it is still too early to tell if this is in fact correct as far as the theorycrafting goes. Well have to wait another few weeks until we can see more logs of people who are using the 4 pc t10.
